According to Rodney Butler, Chairman of the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation, Jason is, “… championing a new kind of culture for our team members.” He’s got the credentials to make it happen: he started his journey as the organization’s Employment and Diversity Manager before moving to operations. They re-opened with approximately half their workforce and it’s putting a lot of pressure on the team. Jason told me that his number one priority is engaging his workforce.
